We have done a new thing this term, which is giving our students a "Kelt Zero Waste" bag. This is to help the Zero Waste Campaign, which is designed to educate people about the importance of recycling, re-using and the proper disposal of rubbish.These bags were made from used car tyres.
Do you guys know why we make the bags from used car tyres?
Because we would like to minimize, as much as we can, unnecessary waste....
Waste can been defined as: "any material, solid, liquid or gas, that is unwanted and undervalued, that is thrown away. however some waste can be a useful resource when re-used for a beneficial purpose.
